There are subtle clues, like the bag of grain/rice wall only really being enough to feed a small city for a week or two. Everyone is skinny, but no one is jacked. Clothes always clean, never dirty. Like no one is doing anything else in those clothes besides appearing on TV and acting. Not having correct amounts of people for certain scenes. So many stories and programs centered solely on pyongyang and hardly anything about other parts of the country. Everyone being interviewed speaking with a sense of constant urgency. No pauses or quirks in speaking. The emotional segments filled with sing along captions and fiery speeches. Lack of personal belongings or any form of accessory. Terrifying implications..
