I havent played in a while but when I use to play putting was my worst part of my game. Do you have any tips on reading the green other than looking at it as a triangle? I usually plumbob it and get down and get a balls eye view as well but from time to time I get a green that looks as if it breaks right but breaks to the left at the second half of its travel... and as we know the second half is the more important and breaks the most.

If your a high handicapper your not always going to be consistent so just take each shot as it comes

Seb seems to have a problem with cutting across his putts so maybe work on that will improve his play on the greens and cut his handicap? Rick is the nearly man,and Peter is an excellent golfer but got a fair bit of luck here when he is much better than this.

Looks dodgy... but the main issue is the drop. The line of the drop should be way more to the right - behind or even right of the little island. :-O 26-1 b) Drop a ball behind the water hazard, keeping the point at which the original ball *last* crossed the margin of the water hazard directly between the hole and the spot on which the ball is dropped, with no limit to how far behind the water hazard the ball may be dropped;

True, I'd have said he could improve quite drastically with a better putting stroke though, no? It was a criticism but mostly a constructive one. I'm not a great golfer and no top 25 coach but it just screamed out at me as I watched him.
