I have a question: - Whats the engine code? - I got a toyota manual for 1AZ-FSE (my engine) and it says that the timing chain should not be longer than 122,6mm between 16 chain links. On the other hand the manual says on the first 20 pages in a chart, that it should not be longer than 122,6mm between 15 (!!!) chain links. I bought a new timing chain from D.I.D. (SKF kit) and the brand new chain is 122,6mm between 16 links. I am very confused right now. Do you have an idea what is correct? :/ Thanks a lot! :)

I would check a different manual or go to Toyota. It's a typo for one of them. But it is strange that your new chain would be the maximum or over. Where did you buy it from?
