On the missed slam on board 11, after 4H could N continue with Keycard - I play 4S as KC for H here so 4S - 4NT showing none then 5C asking for the HQ, 5S (asking suit) showing the HQ, no side suit K but a useful third round control somewhere and that’s enough for N to bid 6H - maybe a bit of a stretch and a little double dummy thinking but possible
