Apart form the errors mentioned, It makes a difference if you advance the jack of spades instead of the queen. The robot will not cover (partner migtht have the singleton queen) making it easy to continue spades and you end up with 11 tricks

Finally beat you this week with 75%. 1/3/5/7/8 push. 2: 4DEX-1 (bold?) 86%. 4. 1H(2C)4H= 72% - against the bots I like closing the auction quickly when slam is highly unlikely. 6. 4SN-2 - I played this worse than you did but since we both had trouble with the hand, I don't feel so bad.

Not bidding to block your opponents in board 1 allows them make mistakes and arrive at their terrible contract.
