This song has so much childhood memories in it... When is was a child my older brother and me were dancing and stomping around the table to this song. My dad was singing loud to the CD while we were waiting for my mum to come home from christmas shopping. I lost my dad when i was 18 and i miss him every day since then. I'm not a religious person, but all of my favorite Christmas music tends to be all the religious songs. Little Drummer Boy, Silent Night, What Child is This, etc. They always have the best melodies and emotions behind them. Non-Religious Christmas music just never has the same impact, they are so shallow by comparison. Again, as a non-religious person, even I have to admit, religion is nothing if not culturally significant in the production of great art, especially music.
