The PGWP is for all international graduate students. The school you attend in Canada will teach you in English but you will still be required to write the IELTS that's the new rule for PGWP

Masters programs does not require field of study requiredment. So any course at the masters level is illegible

If in your last 4 semester you have a 3.5 and above you might be able to get masters, but this is only applicable if the university specifies that they only take into account the last 4 semesters. If not its better to do a post graduate degree/diploma.

No! But only programs that are 16 months or longer will qualify for an open spouse work permit
