Most of these universities courses are thesis courses which require a supervisor recommendation letter before proceeding, which slow the process of getting LOA from the university

Hello Agozie- my recommendation will be for you to consider a one year Masters Program. With a Masters program you can get a 3 year post graduate work permit.
