Sir thank you for what you are doing. You are helping many lives. However, I need your help. I had applied with a college in BC, after the introduction of PAL they could not provide it. So I asked for my refund but they are deducting 1239 CAD from my money. I asked why because I am not at fault they keep saying its their policy. Sometimes it's not just the closing balance, the account should be working if it's business account and if personal from 3rd party, you need to back them with documents and evidence
