If you are for may intake conestoga college,send a mail requesting for your pal but am very sure their response will be for you to defer, and before you can defer you must meet the conditions of deferment like paying your 1st term "FULL" tuition e.t.c before your deferment can be processed not just payment of deposit.other conditions will be listed in replied mail to your mail.That was the response i got from them on my mail.

Principal applicants in the “humanitarian and compassionate consideration” and “public policy” categories are only exempt from the RPR fee under certain circumstances. It's better to state in your visa application that you have BSc, even if you didn't mention it in your admission. If you don't state it now, you can't add it later to any Immigration application like PR.
