Really nice unit with nothing wrong and, at the same time, nothing that makes it stand out from others except being in a great location. Those direct ocean views are stunning. One little thing: that black electric wire hanging on the ceiling above the dining table to power the lights really made my OCD pop out 😵‍💫😜 but seriously, that need to be addressed. My complements directly from Portugal to you.

@@thomasmaresh5264 the chandelier it’s fine and really good taste. The installation it’s the thing that gives me the chills. They’re asking 3.8 million for a luxury condo so it’s fair to ask for flawless details.

@@Phonixx Understood. I'm so accustomed to deconstructed and avant-garde architecture, that I saw the black cord as a design element and not a design flaw. At any rate, it's a simple fixture that'd be easily adjusted. $3.8 m doesn't buy much in some neighborhoods; I remember house hunting and was astounded by light switches that didn't switch on, screen windows with rips in the screen, toilets that didn't flush, doors that opened into overhead beams or side countertops, etc., not to mention lack of staging. My only complaint is the overabundance of pillows in the staging, which make it look like either a bedding showroom or a middle-eastern smokers den, but that's just my thought, and if the market requires staging with a plethora of pillows to add comfort to the modern, elevated design lines, so be it.

What can I say but just another beautiful penthouse and one thing I love when you say turn key meaning that everything you see in the video is included with the unit and I love the way they stage all the furniture the kitchen was absolutely beautiful I love the cabinet the woodwork the way the things are hidden behind it is absolutely beautiful and the island is gorgeous with a vein marble top beautiful and what can I say about the music that you used in this video I like it very much it added a cool style to the video Peter God bless you and keep those beautiful penthouse videos coming…💝💝💝💝

What floor is this? It seems like a pretty low floor for $3.8 million price tag. Your intercoastal views are blocked by neighboring buildings. I'm assuming it's around the 15th floor. A building like this if you already paying the big bucks, might as well get a floor with unobstructive views like the 25th floor and higher. Apartment itself though inside is stunning and I especially love fully furnished apartments. No need to spend weeks furniture shopping looking for the perfect furniture everything.
