The stairs should be able to convert to ramps, escalators, or a fun slide for such a fun property. The family room should be a theatre. You also need auto blackout shades throughout, and the bedrooms should be equipped with/ 85' flat screens that flip down from the ceiling, so as not to obstruct the views. A private office, humidor, and bar should be at least nominal features of such a great space. The 2nd fl. is perfectly designed. I like the possessiveness it affords. The pool is a winner!😂

I love Miami home so much, because steel, glass and bright white are in prevalence. They're not like L.A. homes, even though dream homes, but black and dark brown are in prevalence. So up with Miami!!! ❤😊

The penthouse is truly amazing, one of the rarest and best in the entire South, even as the building not being brand new construction - it is better than most of the newer ones. Firstly because of privacy: the entire property is facing South, the Sun and the views, and at this side of the building, there is a park, bringing permanent, unobstructed views forever: not new high-rises closer anytime soon too. The North also get beautiful views, but the property is more protected from this side, in relation to privacy, there are no buildings closer, and any activity in the adjacent lot is years away from get to this floor level, if any. One of the best beachfronts in Miami, not extremely high and an isolated lot, means no shadows on the beach, and great service from a reputable brand. The interior is truly beautiful, but easy and a lot of fun to customize to anyone's preferences and tastes. Truly unique and beautiful. Great video!

I am somebody who doesn't like the manifestation hypnosis segment. All of a sudden one day all these women were paying 200 bucks for a video and a book because that is what Oprah told them to do. I was more or less forced to watch the video and I still can't believe people think that was greatest thing they ever saw. I found out later that it was a reboot from the original con artist, Napoleon Hill. I think practicing manifestation with hypnosis and vision boards and such is on par with evangelists "healing the sick" over television. And if I wanted to be insulted, then it very easy for me to get off the right mind when hearing, "Imagine yourself to be a poor kid who lived a bad childhood" stuff. It sounds stereotyping. I think it has an insulting edge to it.

@@rculture Okay. That might be what he is doing. I wouldn't know. The only thing I ever heard it before was women involved in multi-level marketing acting as if it was real but it never was real. Also on the other side, Jake Paul did his "manifestation" of how he was imagining he was raised in a dangerous ghetto and came from nothing. But he and Logan both were raised in one of the richest neighborhoods around Cleveland. Anybody saying things like that out loud deserve to get roasted. People should be very careful to wear a badge of victimhood. It can be offensive.

I'm not the biggest fan of the living room but that kitchen is amazing! I love the colors! But even though this is a very very VERY beautiful house, this is not a home. Or at least not a home I can imagine a family would be. Maybe for a bachelor but not a family home. Just my opinion.
