Very interesting video, Peterlee was chaos last time I visited during the Arriva bus strike with only the 22/24 running.

Yeah although Go North East also run through Peterlee if Arriva aren't running that takes out a lot of destinations for people. I stayed away during the strike.

Very interesting selection. The driver was having problem with the 6wheel Caetano. They really are too big. On a separate point, I love your title music.

Bit of variety in my home town, all very different from the United Nationals, LHs and Mercedes L608D “Peterlee Panther” bread vans of the 1980s. And no TMS either ... but at least there’s a proper bus station, not the draughty tin bus shelters we once endured!

It amazes me that public transport wasn't better considered during the early stages of Peterlee. The Bus Station was long long over due when it was built. Can't say I remember draughty tim shelters in the town centre, mostly I remember NO shelters in the town centre.
