Very great lesson! Did you know that SMC makes a pneumatic and electrical simulation software very similar to the one you were using called autoSIM that perfectly compliments their training boards and training systems?

Thanks for this! Great stuff and easy to understand. I know we draw the piping info next to the 'normal' state (in this case NC, a state created by the spring pressure) but which box could be considered the normal state if the valve is operated with a push-pull knob WITHOUT a spring - and can be in either state at any given time? Sorry if I sound dim here, but does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
