Do it like they stand in a chamber with a locked door. The 50/50 or 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 gold/coal is dropped on them. Then if they get given coal there is a separate contraption that is a 1 in 9 chance of them dying in lava (the 8 in 9 chance opens the door).

Just invert the win/loss ratio for the Russian roulette machines. PETE, you should rig up the roulettes so that you could have the "double" set like the original. However the "triple" and "quad" could have higher winnings but a lower chance of survival. The triple could be 4 in 6 with a 50% win increase. The quad with a 3 in 6 chance with a win increase of 100%

For the new casino machine have them sit in a a chamber then for double its 4 fire works 3 water 1 lava and triple 3 fire work 5 water 1lava quad and 1 firework 2 water 1 lava and if they die they lose the food levels and an 100 for tpa to make it more far and just have a chamber like the Russian roulette but just have a lever like old slots
