WE NEED A SMALL GRID/HOLE OPTION PLEASE, it does not catch all the small clumps unfortunately

I was so fed up with the Pura Max not catching small clumps that I bought a wire mesh with smaller holes at the DIY store and fastened it on top of the Pura Max mesh with some cable ties. And voilá, all the small clumps are now removed.

@@lauramiller5877 What worked for me was a piece of expanded metal mesh with a hole diameter of about 16x8 mm. The mesh should have a hole diameter of about 1/2 to 3/4 the size of the hole diameter of the mesh that comes with the Pura Max. Any smaller and you risk the entire kitty litter being transported into the waste bag instead of filtering through the mesh. It might take some trial and error to find the right hole diameter, but once you do, it'll all be worth it. Since I've done this my Pura Max now filters out ALL those little clumps, saving me a ton of money since I don't have to swap out all the kitty litter every two weeks or so. Why the mesh that comes with the Pura Max has such large holes makes absolutely NO SENSE!

@@keisharubin3303 yes i changed 9 litter and finally found one that works. i mix tidy cat 24/7 with sustainability yours and it stop sticking

If you have any significant amount of litter, you'll need to run it multiple times to dump all of the litter. With mine, it takes about 5 cleaning cycles to actually dump all of the litter.

Useless. Notice how little cat litter is in the pan. Realistically, you would have more than that. I hate having to clean this thing. This product needs some serious improvements. Have an open top concept. It would not interfere with the dumping process and it would aid in adding litter. Any poop or pee that is on the left side of the pan does not get directed to the ramp. If you’ll look at the ramp, it narrows as it moves left. It shouldn’t. Make the opening that goes to the bin larger. There have been times when the clump is too large to fit and I have to break it up by hand. This happens if you have more than one cat. I have other suggestions if PETKIT is interested.
