noticed you hadn't even let the display animation finish before trying to start. It's normal to allow everything boot up because these bikes use loads of electronics. I've watched your recent where you've already sold it else would have asked you try that ..."ensure the welcome screen is fully done and all the animations completed" then u try start.

I was drawn to the F900R primarily because of its redesigned powerplant with Euro5 compliance; most of its competitors are becoming dated in regard to their emissions. The well-developed electronics package was the next feature that makes this bike stand out to me.

I am currently considering either the F900R or the R1250R. Obviously they are quite different, and while I have a slight preference for the boxer, I also think the F900R seems very nice. Great reviews and vids such as this make it even more difficult to choose. If it comes down to money, the R1250R is a different investment, but I am looking for one bike to keep. So I will have to try them, and I guess the main deciding factor will be comfort as I am 192/6.2 tall. Thanks for the great vids on F900R!

The same model in the Philippines has no cruise control. I tried to buy one but on the day i am supposed to buy, they told me the top of the line f900r has no cruise control. They do not offer upgrades to cruise control. That killed my interest.

Maybe because PH has a lot of traffic and it is not so useful?

@@PetroHead With the new leadership "build build build" program. Our new highways are comparable with the rest of the world. The islands are connected with the best roads. High time to buy big bikes. But BMW Philippines is still trying to catch up with the Japanese brands.

@@johnsnow2022 Our country is a group of Islands located along the equator. Imagine the number of beach and diving locations with that kind of weather the whole year round. Connecting these islands thru roads and bridges is a challenge. We have few expressways that you can drive or ride on motorbike for 4 hours non-stop. There are more under constructions. We are recently enjoying cruise control on our cars and motorbikes. BMW must provide an option for cruise control.
