I just picked up a free petrol strimmer that the previous owner couldn't get running. Turns out someone had obviously taken the carb apart and put it back together wrong. Got it running but realised it doesn't have the head on it and with no way of know what should be on there, this video helped. Nice one. Just checked out your channel too and seems like we are very much alike!

Thanks Rat Tech, got yourself a bargain there, and yes it is useful when your handy. None of the Garden tools you see are mine, I just repair them for friends and co. Maybe I should start going to Car Boot or Yard Sales. Regards 😀.

Hello. I bought a 2nd hand strimmer that came with a spare bush cutter blade but ( being a bit thick ) couldn't figure out how to remove the strimmer attachment. This cleared that up nicely and I was able to do what I have been hoping to do since buying the strimmer last year. Cheers for that.

Mine was always damaged the same way(the thing you press and turn by the brush cutter head). What causes it to break that way? I want to be alert for future references

Hi Black Moon, Absolutely no idea, possibly just wear and tear as the unit was old and as you can see well worn. May have been thrown back into the Shed or something. Not mine just repaired for someone. Regards, 😀.

The thing you put the screw driver in, I forgot to put on. How can I remove the head ?

you should still be able to put a screwdriver in to release Mustafa.

@@green-crocs-fixes1520 on my strimmer yhrtr was a piece I put on before the final attachment(spool) that the screw driver goes into. I forgot to put that on and there is no way for me to loosen the spool to remove the spool without the rod spinning

Hi Chris, the unit fitted here is classed as standard however you should to see what Head is required for whatever Strimmer you have. Regards 😎.

Not sure Rudders, this one was damaged plus its a standard Head not specific to TrueShopping devices.
