1:30 is similar to what some universities do to professors. Increase the class size from 30 to 60 and pay the same for the course when you have to grade twice the amount of exams. This is the product of greed.

Basically what I go through everyday. We have dogs that come in and pick fights and don’t listen I can imagine what they do at home. It stresses you out, specially when a fight does break out. I can’t use water spray bottle and I have to break up the fight by myself. I use a horn but it doesn’t work all the time. The spray bottle was working but they made me stop using it since it wasn’t in there policy which now I have a harder time getting them to listen sometimes. I can’t even tell the owners what happened if one did break out and the dog was bitten because they don’t won’t to lose dogs. And it’s the owner of shop moms dog that starts it. He’s not allowed to come in busy days anymore but I don’t think he should be there at all. But he is good with small crowds.

Buahaha I have soooo many stories from my time at Petesmart, so I was delighted to find this. Although back in my day, the airhorn was the first line of defense against dog fights. I'm going to start taking my pup to daycare since we are finally going back to the office, however, mine is definitely a "dumb dog" and that's not for the lack of trying to train him....he's a french bulldog and cares not one lick about appeasing you. Poor Petesmart staff. But he's cute. I do have one question, where do the dogs typically "take care of business"? Is there a designated spot or do they just go where-ever? Mine is potty trained, so I'm worried this will start him going in the house again. Thanks for this video!
@suchomimustenerensis53022 жыл бұрын
I currently work here, and in my experience, the dogs will go wherever they decide. Most sniff around for a bit and will do their business somewhere on the playroom floor. Males quite often will go in the same spot, one after the other, as if they're trying to overwrite the previous dog's doing. Others will make our job a little tougher, and climb up onto the play equipment to pee and poop. (We have to clean it up right after, otherwise dogs could risk walking/sitting in it.) Outside of Doggie Day Camp, dogs may either "use it" in their rooms, or when we take them out for their relief walks, they'll go in the playroom(s). If they haven't gone in awhile, we'll usually end up taking them outside in the parking lot (usually after hours), and this seems to work.
@IndiratempestST2 жыл бұрын
@@suchomimustenerensis5302 Thanks!! how often do they get relief walks? I'm just hoping that mine doesn't start going in the house again after going to doggie day camp all day.

I currently work overnights at the busiest pet hotel in the region. I work alone most of the time. It can get overwhelming sometimes but the animals make it fun.
