Thank you so much for responding. I have been to your site and just love it. I was such a big fan of PJ as a kid, and I'm having a ball viewing the episodes as much today. Thank you and nickel so much for recovering these shows. Oh, and Green Acres too....

OMG, that was the cutest scene EVER with Kathy Jo!! I can't believe they cut it. That baby is doing the cutest things I've ever seen a baby do on tv and it was all impromtu!! I don't remember if I saw the episode or not, I do remember watching the show every week, but, pretty sure I missed an episode or two. What a cute scene to NOT put in!!

That sounds more like Linda's real voice in this scene rather than her Betty Jo voice. Also if you watch the beginning of this episode, it picks up right where the "final" episode BETTY JO's BUSINESS, which only proves that the aforementioned episode actually belongs right before this one. I still believe "Last Train To Pixley" was the final show. CBS just screwed up the sequence and aired many of season 7 shows out of proper order.

Was this edited out of the origional broadcast, or was it cut later in the syndication package? So many wonderful shows when they put them in syndication they cut them down from the original maybe 25 minutes to 20 or 22 so they can fit more commercials in. It's really annoying when you remember a really special scene and you watch the episode and it's cut out. Do you know if this was cut originally or if it was a later deletion?

Your very welcome :) Thanks for checking out my channel. I am trying to get back to uploading on a more regular basis just as soon as I can. PJ was always one of my favorites as well. Steve & Betty Jo of course got me hooked :) :)

Where is your site? Do you have a lot of the original episodes in their original full length?

@cheri6100 Yes, they all wore hairpieces (wigs, falls) on Petticoat at one time or another. This was the style back in the late 60's. Oh, I don't think Linda looked bad at all. Her hair was teased for height to attach the clip/ribbon that was put in her hair and of course she was suppose to be waking up from a sleep so........ her hair was not suppose to be looking just perfect. At least that is my take on it.

@cmulwee001 So true about CBS screwing up the sequence of shows. It really was so aggravating for years to this viewer. Of course I was too young to even remember the originals when they aired, but in later years in syndication it was always so confusing to me. Oh well, at least we got to see them all, even if they were aired out of order :( After all these years, I'm just so glad we are able to view them again and in good quality to boot :)

Actually this may have been a missing scene at one point, but I've seen this episode about twice on ME TV, and this scene was very much intact. Perhaps it was missing on old TV land showings?
