This is one of my FAVORITE Ft13th movies. People hate it because of the twist, but I think it's great. They should have gone with that a few more times. Plus, the guy playing Tommy is UNBELIEVABLE! Best performance in the series. He so perfectly embodies trauma here.

I love the insanity of Part V more and more with each new viewing. It's not very effective at being a satisfying scary movie, but it's an absurdly heightened yowl of violence featuring hilarious performances all around, the most brutal and diverse kills of the series so far, and a surprisingly earnest performance from the hottest Tommy Jarvis. A truly stellar popcorn flick.

Part 6 is definitely a fan favorite that you’re gonna love (it’s where the humor starts showing up too). Part 7 is a personal favorite though, and it’s the gay one of the franchise cause at least five of the actors were gay or lesbian, including the main guy. And apparently the guys would go out to gay clubs on their off time.

True😂 pll summer school was better than s01 but was not good enough. Way too much nonsensical character decisions. Slasher only works when you feel the weight the deaths can actually occur to the girls. But by the 4 ep I didn't care at all 😅

A NEW BEGINNING was meant to steer the series in a different direction. Similar to how the second movie did. But by this point Jason was too popular, and fans reacted poorly. Same fate befell HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH.

The director of this movie had previously made an adult film which is why this movie is extremely boobie. In fact the director was so much more interested in the b**bs and gore instead of the acting that the actors had to improvise a lot of their stuff which resulted in a lot of the iconic gems like Demon and Anita's pooping duet. Also, the actress who plays the girl who got the shears to the eyes was Debi Sue Voorhees, who was previously a playboy bunny and was unfortunately fired from her later job as a teacher because of her role in this movie

The reason why this movie is more sleazy than usual is because the director was mostly known for porn. He straight up did not care about making this movie and just wanted to film some t&a.
