Using just one adjustable cord is amazing.... you can put it on almost anything...your arm, your neck, your leg, a stick, your bike. When the lamp is turned 180 degree you can make a torchlike thing using a waterbottle. Very usable multi lamp.

Why does no manufacturer ever listen to it's consumers? We do not want to switch THROUGH colours, we want to be able to choose red or white.

I have to turn on white light before getting to red? Won’t that white light destroy night vision? How long does it take to get night back?

Bring back the old petzl tactika. On/ Off and a red filter.

you mean this one? www.petzl.com/US/en/Sport/SPECIALIZED-headlamps/TACTIKKA

@@petzlna no. i mean that one www.asmc.de/stirnlampe-petzl-tactikka-camouflage. On/ Off and a red filter. Not different white settings. No one need this stuff. And i will never understand why i have to put on the white light to switch in the red light modus.

Can i turn it on while charging ?

I wonder why they didn't just have that lock on any operation of the headlamp that's its current function: so one can lock it in any mode it's on. So simple.

If you folks would switch over to USBC I would be more inclined to buy your product
@petzlna Жыл бұрын
The new Petzl NAO RL uses USBC for charging. It will take some time, but the other models could get updated with that as well.

To get RED you need to start with the white light and keep the button pressed. 😂 so you’ll blind yourself first. Nice!

Really disappointed. Such an unnecessarily complicated cycle of light modes, which are controlled by this minute switch making it hard to use with cold, wet hands. All mine wants to do is flash red or stay on minimum power white when I urgently need a decent throw of light, to the extent I've now given up on it in frustration.

Soooo complicated! Been fiddling with it for an hour. So non intuitive and still can’t get red light to switch to white easily. Some proper instructions from Petzl would help…

The tech notice paper that comes in the packaging shows that certain quick presses or long presses on the button will help you switch between brightness modes and go from white to red and back.
