Sportex's back boxes sound great. It really is a shame that they are made from mild steal and not stainless. You are better off getting a custom stainless one made

Thankyou for your comment. Yes I found this out the hard way… the sounds are great but they don’t last. I think next time I will be looking into custom one for sure!

How long did the exhaust last, seen some mixed reviews about sportex. What happens to it?

It lasted just over 2 years altogether. It was great while it lasted, I enjoyed the sound and it was nice and subtle. But it all depends how you drive, if you do a lot of motor way driving it will burn out quicker and starts wearing the paint and flaking so I do not recommend. If you just go around town and that then yeah go for it. Mine was weak after 2 years and I happend to hit something on the road and it snapped it in half. Great sound, doesn’t last as long as you want it to.
