Having a 205 Roland Garros with this engine I think this is THE best drive train in the 205. Enough power to have maximum fun without getting yourself into trouble and the perfect balance of ride & handling. Such an underdog!

I'm Japanese I owened 205xs long time ago. 5MT 1.4 n'o powerstealing it's heavy. but very fun, break guling. Now Idrive 370Z It's easy car.

Wow - had a phase 1 of these as my first car in 1998, absolutely bought back those memories! In my opinion the xs was better than all of the other 205 models - and i had a 1.6 CTI, 1.6 GTI and two 1.9 GTIs

It's still doing trackdays! I was due to be filming it recently but unfortunately work commitments got in the way. Must feature it again soon, I think it's running a bit more power now, too.
