What to do with the plastic clips in the end of the video when reinstalling the bumper ?

They're broken off the bumper. Only neccessary to unbolt if they're still attached to the bumper

@@dwarfcaiman09 Mine are broke too, and the bumper flexed inwards a bit. Someone reversed into the car and snapped them things. My suggestion is to repair them with small steel plates, by connecting the clips to the bumper. Plastic welding won't be a reliable option. 2 plates for each clip, one at the top and one at the bottom. It should do the trick.

Is it necessary to take out headlight?

You have to. There is one 10mm nut that is located under the each headlight. I know that, because I have replaced the base model bumper with RC bumper on my 206.
