Peugeot 307 2006 starter motor problem how to fix it

you are a pro, i am a mechanic. i really love to see this type of fixing. Basically, to fix it , either to replace the damage relay in the bsi shown or connect the ignition switch supply to a new relay to trigger supply to the starter motor.

Please help me, any mechanic can't help me or say not have a time for my peugeot 307. Peugeot 307 2.0 79kw can't start, sounds like a start now, but he not start. Just one mehanic say when touch bundle of wire car start now in 1 sec. But he say he is not autoeletric and he not have time. Please help me im sent picture. sorry for my bad english.
