Peugeot 407 dash remove, blower motor fix. flaps repair.

Thank you for your video. My air conditioner/heater blower for my 2005 407 has now completely stopped working after two years of difficult starting and sluggish speed. Guess I have to either replace it or clean it up as what you have done.

hello, my blower motor makes a very loud noise even on half of the speed. I think it is hitting some plastic or some debris, how can i access it to check it without removing the dashboard?

you can try using an inspection camera. If it vibrates, it's probably something stuck in the fan.

Did you change those parts or just clean them? When i turn up the air blow, whole dashboard vibrates mad. Do i have to do the same as you did?

I dont know what but mechanic connected computer, changed something about display information, what was showing, as i was previously fited in display from my citroen c4 and it didnt show ac information. But from that it seems that you can control ac output or something like that by computer. Maybe i was lucky Dont have that car anymore

Hi. i need help! im about to replace the resistor for the fan but can´t find it? it´s supposed to be on the passengers side behind the glovecompartment but it´s not? Anyone with instructions or a manual for a peugeot 407 SW 2007?? PLS HELP.

if the fan is controlled by pwm signal there will be no blower resistor

@@coolbitbmwretrofitgarage8033 The fan is working when i activate the webasto heater, but dead as a doornail when i try to activate it normaly. Incoming +cable seems dead. what should i do to fix this?

😂😂😂😂 why would u remove the dash to get the blower, you only have to remove acceleration pedal and you can get it out.

DO NOT WATCH THIS GUY!!! you do not need to remove the whole dash to take out all you need to do is remove the glove box and you can then remove like I have literally just done myself took 20mins to take out but removing the whole dash can take a few hours
