Peugeot Landtrek Pick-up Truck Launched - RM120k [Walkaround & Driving Impressions]

Peugeot has decided it wants a share of the 4X4 pickup truck business, and launched the Landtrek under the auspices of its new distributor, Bermaz Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd
It is competitively priced and can be used as a daily driver or as a workhorse unit.
After a morning launch, we went for a media drive that took us to Sekinchan and back.

it was long time ago. But this Landtrek is just a rebrand chinese pick up : Changan Kaicen F70 wich come with a 2.4l petrol engine sourced from Mitsubihsi, a 1.9 diesel sourced from Changan and a 2.5l dourced from Isuzu.

I think this car is rebadge or based on isuzu dmax. I saw that engine is the same & rear seat function also same. Just my thought not sure if it is same.

Recently i just do a lil bit research, this car rebadge from changan hunter f70 from china. Engine is not same as isuzu dmax. Isuzu dmax have rz4e-tc while this peugeot use 1.9 L D20TCIE turbo I4 (diesel).

Totally false, it's based on a Chagan Kaicen F70 : 3 engines are provied, a 2.4l petrol sourced from Mitsubishi, a 1.9 diesel design by Changan themselves and a 2.5l diesel sourced from Isuzu.
