Paul and Suzanne visit Sheringham, a seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast. Should you visit this quaint place. Take a look, and let us know what you think.
Sheringham population 7,367) is a seaside town and civil parish in the county of Norfolk, England. The motto of the town, granted in 1953 to the Sheringham Urban District Council, is Mare Ditat Pinusque Decorat, Latin for "The sea enriches and the pine adorns".

Town centre
Sheringham town centre is centred on a traditional high street with a wide range of privately owned shops. On Saturdays throughout the year there is a popular market in the car park next to the railway station which attracts large crowds even out of the holiday season. The town also has a good selection of specialist shops such as second-hand books, antiques and bric-a-brac, fishing tackle and bait, a computer shop, a model shop, and arts and craft shops. The Sheringham Little Theatre has a wide range of productions on throughout the year including a well-established summer repertory season running from July to September, and a popular pantomime at Christmas; in the foyer is a coffee shop with display of art by local artists. There is a selection of food outlets, pubs, restaurants and a youth hostel.

I lived at Upper Sheringham many years ago & so did my shopping in Sheringham, I call it my second home (coming from Lincoln) & love the coast road from Hunstanton to Cromer. ALL the little places along the way are worth visiting, also Holt is lovely but over the years has become very expensive as has Burnham Market.

Lovely Sheringham...so pretty. It's always blustery at the seaside, but blimey, you wouldn't expect it to be quite so cool in July and Suz having to wear her cosy jacket in the summer!!!.... What a lovely day out though, with a yummy anniversary lunch and not a spot of rain!! 46 years together, wowzer, congratulations you two!!! Thanks for sharing your visit, I really enjoyed watching your fab day out 😊

Awww thank you Netty, it was a pleasure to make the video, and we did have a lovely visit to Sheringham. The sun did shine eventually, but not soon enough. Never mind, our anniversary meal was perfect, and we really enjoyed our walk around the lovely little town.

We have stayed in that area so many times, and always have a lovely time. As you said, there are some lovely places close to it including Cromer. Thank you for sharing.

Just discovered your channel. I love Sheringham and Holt. North Norfolk is a beautiful area. You should go to Sheringham during the NNR 40s weekend. It’s fabulous and many people dress up in 1940s military and civilian costume. And there is dance music, stalls, singing and dancing, especially at Holt field near the railway. It’s great fun and held in September. I have subscribed. 😊

Just spend a week in West runton and visited sherringham camping with ghe family. Watched your guide to Cromer... you got the description of the pier spot on!: love watching your videos. ❤

We used that Fish and Chips shop last time we were in Sheringham- it was one of the best we’ve been on for a while
