I'm not calling him a racist, but some of the things in his songs are just blatant misinformation. For eg, they tell us to 'fix' caste system. What does that have to do with T-Series? Caste isn't even indian, its a latin word, we used to have varna system, where your so called "caste" is never defined by your birth, but by your occupation. The British are the ones practicing the caste system as they still care about kings and queens based on their birth which hold a lot of political power. Another one is the toilets... As an Indian during that era, I can 100% confirm Pewdiepie's fans took it to the extreme with the racism. I remember the comment sections, absolute trash, calling us cow fuckers or street shitters and I had joined one Pewdiepie fan discord server at that time and holy shit after the first 5 min, I got so many racism thrown at me, I just left. I know here on KZbin Pewdiepie is like a wholesome big chungus but there was a lot of stuff that he said/did and more importantly what he didn't do (to discourage racism in his fans) that people let go and this is a trend because racism against south eastern people on the internet most of the time is just overlooked. As for the T-series auto subscribe, I don't know where this stems from but it is 100% false. Source: Me and my friends(around 5-9 people) tested it around by creating new Google accounts and afaik this def didn't happen between them and my extended group of friends. From personal experience, I have always seen that racism towards Indians is many times overlooked or ignored and then said learn to take a joke. Sometimes, sure its a joke but most of the times, there is no joke, and its just racism like 'go shit in the streets hahaha' (I think there was even a research paper about this that I remember reading once but don't quote me on that). A general rule of thumb, if whatever you are saying about a particular race, if you can say that by replacing the race to any other and feel that statement is fine, then its fine other wise it's racist and you're overlooking it.
