you know what buds, i switched over from shultz to a mix that i make myself a few years back and it made a massive difference. what i do now it take powdered eggshells, hardwood ash, powdered bones, and a little big of worm castings and mix them all in a bottle of regular table vinegar. it will stink like farts for a while then the bubbles will stop and it will still stink like farts. my plants have went bananas off this mix. full mineral substrate with weekly bottom waterings. great vid! oh but maybe mention ph. i lower it to 5.5.

Could you make a video on ppm and ph when watering san Pedro and lophs? Just curious about the more in depth details. I appreciate your content 🙏 you really have the best videos compared to everyone else, straight to the point and easy to understand.

Thanks for the video. I moved my peyote inside for the winter and have it closely under a strong grow light. It is starting to shrink. I think it’s getting too much light and not enough water

When you move it inside for winter, often times the indoors are too warm for the plant to go into full dormancy, and will continue what it thinks to be the "growing season". You have to water it, but very infrequently. Let it start to shrink a little before watering it. They say not to water at all in winter, but that's only when it's fully dormant in cold freezing temps. This will simulate as close to dormancy as you can get indoors. I have to do this as well, since my geography's cold season is also it's wet season

Hi Aaron. I’m curious how people actually use this product as a hallucinogenic. Is there a specific part of the cactus that they are consuming? I’ve been watching your videos for a while and they are very interesting. I love growing plants, but cactuses are new to me. I think you give a great presentation and I like the style of your videos.

I most likely don’t water my peyote enough. I recently bought sand to put on the top and now I can never tell whether they need watering or not. I’ve had my cactus for two or three years and they really haven’t grown since I got them, although one has got a few pups.

I've got one I started from seed over a decade ago, it's not as large or as vibrant as I'd like, it's always been indoor under t5 lighting. It's been ribbing for a couple years. Is there anyway to speed up the process or to get it to plump up/ grow faster. I figured it would have bloomed by now. It's a quad head. When it was young I sliced across the main head in hopes of getting a double. Tried to find contact Info to send pictures, potnsize is about 6 inches tall by maybe 5 across, the plant is around 3 or an little more across.

@@SacredButtons hmm, so what you’re saying is that if I plant seeds once a year, then in 3 years, I’ll have a full harvest of peyote per year?.. great, thanks!
@brianfitch5469 Жыл бұрын
@@littleleaf8541you can get full growth in about a year and half grafting it.
@JeagerTv6 ай бұрын
@@littleleaf8541it should be "hard grown" for 2-4 years after it reaches full size for it to be worth while. More light, less water and fertilizer. It won't grow much, it will get darker in color and sink down into the soil. That's what you want. Try to get it like that at least once per season for a few seasons after it reaches maturity and it will have a dramatic impact.
