PF 04 Canon Inkjet unclogging tries on IPF 750

Random futzing, Messing around with old PF 04 canon heads. Many are rejected by the machine for a hardware error ,ie head overheats.

i see the printhead is labeled with the colors, c, m, y and theres two MBK. The prints test on the printer show a MBK1 and MBK2. Anyone know which is MBK2?

What liquid do you use in the Ultra Sonic cleaner? Distilled water or IPA99% ?

I think you need to purge the lines. By having a quick look when you had the printer top cover open. There was no ink in some of the lines. It's happened to me a few times now. When you remove the printer head a few times you start losing the ink in the lines. Somewhere on youtube, there is a video showing how to do it. Side covers need to come from both sides etc. Anyway, I like the ultra sonic idea to clean the heads.

Cleaning the printheads makes them worse. Replace printheads with new printhead and make sure capping station pads are clean and seated properly.
