Hello sir, Maine job 30th June ko left Kiya tha Meri service history 3 years ki hai, but unfortunately 😭mere employer ne 01 September ko re-join kar Diya aur same day me exit kar diya, ab Maine Paisa Sara transfer bhi kar diya apne naye account me lekin same day joining & exit hone se claim reject ho raha aur pension claim bhi nahi ho payega short service ke Karan, aage ab Kya Kare sir, please tell me sir🙏

My father died at age of 78 in year 2016 and was getting pension around Rs 24000. When I informed bank and PPC by submitting death certificate the after death widow pension became less than 50% Rs 9,113 pm in year 2016. Right now the pension is Rs 15,995. Kindly let me know is it the right pension rate. My father worked in Nirmal Bhawan as draftman of small scale industries.

There is a case, a women has one son and three daughters. Her husband was in government job. Therefore, she is getting pension. Now, her son is married and unfortunately he is not having any child. Her son and son's wife passed away. Her son was also in government job for more then 20 years. First nominee of her son was her Son's wife but after her son's wife death her son changed the nominee and appointed her mother as nominee. Now, the question is will be the women get pension for his son as now two pensions rule are in the country and she is already getting one pension.

सर पी एफ सर पीएफ एम्पलाई की डेथ 10 साल सर्विस के बाद होती है तो उसकी नॉमिनी विधवा को पेंशन और उसके दो बच्चों को पेंशन मिलती हैं अगर एंपलाई की दो पत्नियां हो नाम नहीं सिर्फ एक रजिस्टर्ड हो नॉमिनी के दो बच्चे को दोनों को 25 वर्ष तक पेंशन प्राप्त हो चुकी हो तो उसके स्थिति में दूसरी पत्नी के 2 बच्चों को पेंशन दी जा सकती है

Sir My Uncle died on 1 June 2023 .His DOB in EPF is 1/1/1962 and in addhar card is 1/1/1956.Also on pan card DOB is 1/1/1956 but pan is not linked with EPF. Now his wife will get pension/edli/pf or not? If yes,she can apply offline or online? So please help them to know how widow will get death benefits in that case

Do we know how the widow pension is calculated in situations widow is employed and working. PF department requests a certificate that the widow is unemployed to start the pension. If the service length is higher than 10 years and the widow is employed in that case can the EPS contribution of the member be withdrawn? Nomination is present.

Case 1 : Incase Member is Death after pension start after 58yr age and Service of around 37 yr and His Wife (Nominee 100% share) is also Death after few year of getting Pension & They have 2 children both age above 25yr, in this case what will be Pension Rule ? Hello LLA, This was the good info abt the pension. I had one Q, where you had mentioned that Widow will be eligible to get 50% family pension after death of Member. Does It applicable for Banks too. as recently I had applied a family pension for my mom in UBI bank we got shocked after seeing the figure of the pension where Bank has provided only 15% of the last drawn basics as a family pension. Can you please provide some more insight on this Pension. I had followed and asked many bankers and could not get any satisfactory answers.
