Hi sir, I have one query related ESI registration that is the Ten or more members gross wages is below 21,000 its compulsory ESI registration required. In my query is in our company have 15 member. In that members 8 member have less than 21K salary remaining members have more than 21K salary. Here ESI compulsory registration required or not. Because total members 15, but less than 21K or ESI applicable employees is 8 only.
