I left job last year after two years of working in ECI from April'16 to May'18. And in June'19 I applied for withdrawal of PF & Pension online. After 1week my claim settled & I got full settlement amount for both. So, can't say about this concern properly as I was also registered in EPFO in 2016.

Even they have made it mandatory to complete kyc in pf portal that means employees pan, bank and adhaar details should be updated on pf portal and the portal accepts only when all the information is exactly same in each card. Employer is holding salary if the kyc is not complete on pf portal. I have witnessed there are employees who have not received salary for last six months.

It seems, Govt. had only interest to bring unreported worker under PF security cover..New jobs does hardly happen when there is no requirement in the organisation.. For seeking benefit in respect of pension part, Govt. is, as discussed, asking to wait..But in anyway, entire PF amount alongwith that PS blocking till 58 years is destruction of entire security cover,. if this is happening. .

I came out after 16years of service. So.my pension amount will be given only at age 58 and it will not accrue interest also ? Is this true? Also nobody told us that we could contribute more towards pension. Only 8.33% of the ceiling amount was contributed. Whereas I was earning much more per month. Now is there a way to get pension of 50 % of last 12 month salary as directed by Supreme Court ? Also my Superannuation fund accumulation should be given to.me after tax, but the company will transfer the entire amount to LIC and LIC will give a very small interest of 5-6%, which will be only about Rs 5000 per month life long. I have requested the company to hand over the accumulation to me so that I can invest and earn better returns for my living expense as I am not working any more. But the company insists on handing it over to LIC. Is there a law for this. Thank you for your wonderful channel.

While withdrawing against Form 10D, age is 58+, also service period is 13 years without any break. But still while claiming I get error like service is less than 10 years. DOJ and DOE is also correctly mentioned. I tried multiple times. Don't know who has created or developed...all this exception are not properly handled resulting people are suffering to get their own hard earn money.

Sir I have a query : My dad has completed 17yr few months , after voluntary retirement unki pension lag gyi thi 1500 , after few months he was expired , mom nominee thi so unki pension lagni thi , main pf office jake dad k death cerificate and mom k documents submit krk aa gya tha, but abhi unki pension nhi lgi thi , unfortunately my mom also expired..I want to know k how can I withdraw the pension amount now as I dnt think k abhi kisiko pension lagegi family main.Kindly advice Rahul Sharma

Mujhe apne first PF account se PF Pension amount nikalni h aur PF amount mai pehle he transfer kar chuka hu apne current PF account me, lekin Pension nhi nikal rhi. Claim section me mera current account show ho rha h lekin nikalna mujhe apne pichle wale se h...DOJ/DOE sab mentioned h....Batao bhai kaise nikala jaaye ab..2 saal ho gye pichli company chhode huw
