Godamn ths place is really very depressing for the middle class people....ths dream is not expensive ths place made it so...just don't I'll suggest agr aapko sach ka mahaul chahiye toh woh basically khud ko focus rkhnek liye hi chahiye self study is the only key any way jo aapko ghar pe blkl free mil jaati h...saying it out by my own experience....aur unacademy k teachers se padhne k baad I can bet u'll never find mentor lyk them there in those big name coaching market...a very big thnq to unacademy for giving us such a great teacher.... n orn is now a place only to get feeling of hard working supr busy upsc aspirant without becoming the one 😅....

I disagree, i joined next ias this year in feb, i was there in orn until i had to come back due to major health issue(bells palsy) i think its too expensive yeah but any aspirant must spend 6-8 months in orn cause you understand things that can be only felt there itself and then come back to home.....ii actually did the same thing(not by choice) cause i had to come back as i had no other option but yes i feel that was something that god wanted me to see 6 months there understanding everything and now i am doing my classes online and i have recovered and i now feel great about my prep so yes orn is important but of prep and one should spend time there for say 6-8 months and then he or she may come back home or go to some cheaper place.

i think take a online coaching along with peer groups and once u clear prelims then go there if needed, back in 2014 NITC have lots of study groups specifically for ese,gate,upsc.

Some people especially from UP Bihar getting so shocked LOL Delhi, the prices of PG are like this only I stayed from 2017-2020 n would pay 16000 rent for single room Pgs at 4/5k also exist but you must live like an animal animal in those

no need to go there. KZbin and tg have ample material and also use the money on personal mentoring by best faculty on answer writing and option instead of joining any coaching or living in pg. Well my suggestion for you is to go for achievable govt job first. Get any govt job first.
