Thoda in brokers ko lagaam kaasne ki kasar hai... There is no fixed brokerage of these 'दलाल' ... Khi 50% khi pura 100% brokarage.... The thing is they took advantage of students kyu ki inn दलालों aur owners ko pta hai ki students hain itni dur se aaye hain mann chaahe paise mango saalon ko padhna hai toh rent dena hi padega.... Some rooms doesn't have proper ventilation aur unka rent 6k 7k just for a small room jiss mein ventilation nhi hai... They don't fucking care about students, they just need profit. Aur ye cheez toh kisi ko dikhti hi nhi hai govt ko bhi nhi...!!
