Idk if you know or not but if you hold your swing back a little bit longer it will continue to climb further into the red zone and if you time it right you can get like 105% power on your shots. Can sometimes be useful

You might have figured this out later in the video, but you have to set the length of each tournament type at the beginning of a season. You can't change it mid season (which makes sense because realistically a 2 rounder would have more standings value than a 1 rounder, but they dont have that programmed)
