ACTUALLY WHEN HE MOVES THE BOARD, HE IS PUSHING THE AIR AWAY AND WHEN THE AIR BLOWS AWAY, PRESSURE AT THAT PLACE WILL DECREASE. HENCE THE BALLOON WILL EXPERIENCE A FORCE TOWARDS THAT SIDE AND IT WILL LEAN TO THAT SIDE.😁
