I'm in Texas and temperatures will be no higher than 89 degrees or so from now until beginning of Fall than they will drop which starts in 3 weeks. Should I go ahead and scalp now and put down PGF balanced ? Or should I just take off half inch put down PGF Balanced and scalp in the Spring? Thanks Doc Ready for it!!!

Hi Doc. I believe the quick release PGF balance consist of synthetic fertilizer. If that is the case, wouldn’t application of PGF balance be detrimental to the mycorrhizal fungi in your garden and lawn soil? Thanks.

Wow you know what , it didn't click until you said all bumpy but I bought another fertilizer that is very similar to pgf complete but with much bigger prill size and I noticed that the grass looked bumpy after using it. Some spots grew faster than right next to it. Didnt click till you was pointing out the putting green.

For the same reason I can't use the PGF Complete, I can't can't use this product. However, it's great to know it exists once I get my phosphorus under control. It's still reads off the chart!

you should talk to Andersons about making a smaller bag for Super Juice because I don't need a 43,560 sq ft bag for my 800 sq ft lawn. I know I can just save it and it lasts I'm just saying I don't need a 43,560 sq ft bag. it would be nice if they came out with a 5,000 sq ft bag
