I'm unable to change my buttons for attack and dodge, for some reason they made it so that pressing reset deletes both inputs now instead of leaving Mouse 1 and 2, so you're essentially softlocked unless you alt-tab out of it.

@@suszen69 I should update that this doesn’t really matter, I think I played like an hour on PC a couple of weeks ago and there hasn’t been anything with those locked inputs that made the game unplayable

@@sandwichpony8071 an update from me too. i agree. its not completely unplayable, but its a little annoying having to switch to the other camera mode every time just to use m1 as attack lol

I might be late for the party, but my only workaround for this is just using both hands on my keyboard just so i am always locked on. Have my attack and dodghe on J and K lmao

I get that it won't apply to a lot of people but for those using mice with lots of auxiliary buttons (I have an MMO mouse) you can leave the default orb bindings and just map them to the mouse buttons, which I've found to be very natural personally. Great video! There were some nice tweaks here I was able to use on my own control scheme. The default definitely felt impossible, that's for sure.

even after a year this tutorial is still helpful.. thank you! i thought i had to resort to using my phone for this game, not that it would be a problem.. but i prefer my pc for these types of games.

Was so excited to play, but the controls made me uninstall. Plus with no settings in the main menu to change anything💀 This video def helps, might pick this game back up again someday..

glad the old video is still is helpful and let others try the game. In about 2 weeks there is a BRS (Black Rock Shooter) collab that could be maybe a good start if you like free collab character.

I tried really hard to get used to VCXZ but it just feels uncomfortable as hell. Switched to playing on a Razer Naga instead

start your game as admin (not the lancuher, but the PGR.exe client itself) sometimes inputs are locked by privacy of windows.

After a few weeks the characters on the orbs somehow disappeared and the keybind still works so im forced to use the mouse to click on the orbs now since i cant see any of my keybinds on the orbs

ye you can customize UI now, I personally hide normal attack as it's useless, rest are important to keep track off.

You can retake lessons anytime by going to ingame Celica's classes for the basic battle tutorial which explains QTE, dodges and combat.

I just use I for ultimate and L for dodge and J for attack. Using my both hands on keyboard. Orbs are same 1 to 8 or whatever. For interaction i'm using F and QtE and character change is same Q and E. I think i only have issue with camera might use Tab for that. I use same format in Hi3 or AAA titles.

if you have dual monitors, you will possibly want to use a third party software to lock mouse to the window, if you are not in true full screen mode, try to open task manager and find Punishing Gray Raven process right click and maximize then the game should be in window mode full screen, after that Alt+Enter to make it true full screen. Assuming you did Alt+Enter first.

i downloaded this today on my pc because the font on the mobile version is too small for me to read comfortably. however, my new issue is the controls. i'll try this and hope i can get used to it, otherwise, i'll just have to go back to the mobile version. thanks!

if only this game supports controller on pc smoothly, but sadly no, using controller is shit, buttons goes haywire attackbutton = start button(pause)(Escape menu) and etc.. playing with controller would have been better. the xbox and ps5 controller mapping is useless for me i used both and they are both broken lol

If you try to edit controls at the start of the game then yea its a bit hard, Only later on into the game you are able to which is why I recommend the training room.

i can't see the orbs in there either, its like they dont exist on my client. i've checked everywhere from forums to in-game settings and there's nothing to even remove them, im playing on pc im not sure that's why@@RavFromYetti

I was contemplating as well since our thumb mainly used for Signature Move, there could be more additional options for Orb button like using: 1. FGHJ-CVBN 2. CVBN-LeftCtrl(CVBN) 3. XCVB-LeftCtrl(XCVB)

I think (personally) for mouse keyboard play you would want your hand to access easier everything from your WASD keys. Anything past finger reach would force you to move more and lose orientation of your keys while focused in game.

Im still getting used to it but my current setup is 12345ERT for orbs, Q for ultimate, C for CUB and F = QTE1, V = QTE2 Its quite hard to get used to it after playing on mobile for so long. I still play on mobile for the harder modes, I just use PC for story / dailies for now.

@@RavFromYetti Absolutely. I'm using your config, the Orbs system itself is just quite tricky on keyboard, sometimes I hit the wrong button like QTE & Orbs 1-4, but just matter of time to get used to it, maybe with some tweaks as well in the future. Thanks for the tips!

@@forlogic53 Thanks for sharing! Relatable. I still play PPC & Warzone on my phone. I tried Warzone on PC, the score was underwhelming, 60k lower than on mobile. The transition between platform sure is not easy, but the smoothness of PC Client motivates me to keep practice on it.

I have my orbs as Q,E,R,F,1,2,3, and 4. So each key is right by wasd. I have Z and X for QTE skills. Ult and CUB is on my side mouse buttons
