Increased interest rates are detrimental to the economy since it increases cost of business and on the otherhand less interest rates ultimately reduced the interest outgo for middle class. This is one of the reasons why investment on housing property increased. So there is no truth in the allegation that low interest rates not benefitting middle class. Central government pension benefits related to wages notifyed by central government for every 10 years and the DA rates as well. So the remark about pensions revision is untrue and center won't have any role in deciding the pension of state government employees or the PSU employees. 😮
