Senate, listen to the clamor of the filipino people for divorce law. Have an independent mind and don't be afraid of Catholic Church. Let the principle/doctrine of separation of church and state stands regarding the issue of divorce.

Annullment is very expensive nearly half million! Only rich people can afford! Divorce is not expensive..why? Its hard some of these politicians people not to allow divorce! If you don't like then do not divorce! But what about other people,? Who wants to be free! Wag kayong sarili nyo lang ang iniisip!😡😡😡 palayain ang sino mang gusto maging free legally, na kaya, sa bulsa! 0:04

Why are they so scared na magkaroon ng divorce? Meron mga reasons nman para maka pag file ng divorce if without that reasons, then Hindi papasa yan for filling a divorce. Nasa sainyo na yon at Hindi nman Kayo pinu push para mag file.

Ok there is annulment process and make it sure no cancelation of hearing , no expensive processing and make it faster because annulment is very expensive , takes longer for about 6 to 7 years but no guarantee the annulment will grant

Mga taga congress na takot iwanan ng kanilang mga asawa, kasi dyan sila kumakapit sa kanilang asawa at hindi na nila makontrol ang kanilang mga asawa pag naghiwalay na sila. Kaya ayaw nila ng devorce. Baka hindi na sila mananalo dahil wala na ang mga backup na asawang mga babae.😂

Still nobody wants to still want to be married with that rapist or abuser...kulong nga sila..but tha doesn't change in papers that that person still is married with tha abuser .. Divorce is freedom from abuse...and to cut off any relationship ... Legally from the abuser and to start a new life with the right person who can give them the love that they deserve...di mo yan maisip no??.. think deeply think critically ..babaw ng pag iisip mo eh

I'm glad meron ng divorce. Divorce also will protect each party to get a restraining order if you're in a relationship na mapang abuso. Second divorce. Will also protect women or men from being responsible when it comes to child support. If nakipagdivorce ka it doesn't mean magiging pasarap ka sa buhay at maging buhay binata at magparami ng anak, All properties will be cut into half plus you're responsible to support your child or children under 18years old. Example.nito.napunta ang mga anak sa nanay because she is capable to support and raise her children so ang tatay kailangan magbigau kung ano man ang amount na sinabi ng court depending sa sahod. If pinili ng lalaki na takasan ang responsibilidad niya at nag tago, hindi siya makakatakas dahil it's court order, anytime.pwede siya magkarecord at pag nahuli pwede siya makulong at of course mahirap maghanap ng work na may record.

Divorce is okay if one partner is cheating or physically, emotionally and mentally abusing the other. Both spouse will not marry again unless one of the spouse died naturally if they were divorced. This is a Christian country, so let's uphold the law of our God. God bless!

This is not just a christian country. We have muslims and different types of christians, small sectors of Atheists, Buddhists, and Agnostics. The law clearly states that religion should not interfere with the constitution.
