I want Don McMillan Gill to be the next president of Phil.Maybe after PBBM's 8-year term is over. His intellect is solid that lets him deal with both internal and external problems that affect building a stronger economy and military defense. He has a great mind. (Of course, Don and the other two panelists in this podcast all have a lot of important knowledge as geopolitical analysts). But Don is perfectly qualified to lead the Philippine defense and economy forward with a firm and practical approach., facing China's unruly disposition in our EEZ. Be like Indian prime minister Modi.

He is Filipino-Indian. If Britain can let Indian -British to become a leader of Britain, if America can let an Indian -American to compete for presidency in their coming election. That speaks volumes about how this sort of blood can handle such a role in world-ruling countries. That is why, if we want our country to be greater than it is now? Let's take a step back and look at the big picture of the country's future. This generation of artificial intelligence requires a leader who, happily, takes the function of advanced intelligence seriously, like our present PBBM, in order to make it a component of our country's economic success. .. But for the future where the advance technology of today would increace its more advances this kind of high intellectual mindsets like Don McMillan Gill would be the fittest to lead the leadership role for that time. We want o compete with advance nation in the future so that we too could do what they the advance countries are apable of. nd we can not achieve that sort of advances if our leaders has no high intellectual capacity.. And for Don MacMillan his brain is amazingly great. But he definitely can not have politicians and co leaders of our country with people who has no or lowest educational backgrounds such as there are many sitting senators and congress. They should go away from such role that is far away compatible for them.. SHAME ON THESE USELESS PEOPLE SENATORS AND CONGRESS WHO HAS NON EVEN EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDS NOT EVEN CAPABLE TO WORK AS A SUPERVISORS OF ANY PRIVATE BUSINESS OR MALLS FOR EXAMPLE BECAUSE THEY COULD NEVER PASS AN INTERVIEW.. BUT THESE IDIOTSTOOK A SHORT CUT TO RICHES AND STUPIDLY WITH THEIR SHAMFEL FACE GO AND TAKE THE POSITION OF THE HIHEST SITS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE TO HANDLE TO DO THE JOB.. KAYA MGA GANITONG MGA TAO NAKA UPO SA GOBIERNO ANG GUMAGAWANG MANATILI MAHINA AT GINAGAMIT NG MGA FOREIGN POWERS TO ABUSE OUR COUNTRY.. BECAUSE IDIOTS WHO CAN NOT DO THE ROLE AS LEADERS TO PROTECT UR COUNTRY, ARE SITTING IN THE LEADERSHIP POSITION MGA MAKAPAL ANG MUKHA MGA YAN..GINAWA ANG POSISYON SA GOBIERNO KANILANG LIFESTYLE INCOME.. MGA OPORTUNISTA TALAGA MAGA YAN MGA KULANG SA PINAG ARALAN SA EDUKASYON. nAKAKAINIS DAHIL SA MGA WALANG HIYANG SALOT SA BAYAN MGA YAN.TAPOS ANG TAAS NG MGA SAHOD NAGBABAYAD SA KANILA. @@jumarkpelismino5632

I appreciate your engagement on the critical issue of the West Philippine Sea. Your insights underscore the urgency of addressing the challenges posed by China and the need for a robust national response. Amidst the prevailing corruption in our government, it is imperative that we safeguard against any hindrance to the modernization of our armed forces. Dealing with China's assertiveness requires not just a defensive stance but also the capacity for strong resistance, as it's a language they comprehend. The modernization of our military is crucial for both defense and the ability to take offensive measures if necessary. The Filipino people should unite in pressuring the government to ensure the resignation of corrupt officials. It is paramount to secure funds for our military, as a strong defense is our best deterrent against Chinese aggression. While economic ties with China exist, strengthening our military might is the key to making them heed our concerns in economic and trade relations and cease their bullying tactics. In the interim, joint patrols are a crucial approach. Although China may initially challenge this, a sustained effort will likely force them to reconsider. It is doubtful that China is prepared to initiate a global conflict. Their propensity for bluffing suggests that they may yield when faced with a united front. Relying solely on dialogue without decisive action is unlikely to resolve the issue; instead, it may lead to overanalysis and inaction. In summary, the imperative is clear: root out corruption, rally behind military modernization, and stand firm in the face of Chinese aggression through a united and resolute front.

@@henli-rw5dw China can not afford to go into war unless you go and invade them . They have economic problems in their backyard and besides they are not that stupid to destroy their economic gains in the past. If they start a war they will suffer the consequences of being isolated like Russia and Iran considering that they depend on international trade for their existence.

Providing a comprehensive perspective and an accurate evaluation of the situation is crucial. It's important to recognize that no country or nation on Earth has exclusive ownership of an entire sea or ocean, except within their Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs). This principle is outlined by the UNCLOS law, to which China willingly committed by signing on December 10, 1982. The term "South China Sea" does not signify ownership by China, similar to how the Gulf of Mexico is not owned by Mexico, the Sea of Japan is not owned by Japan, and the Indian Ocean is not owned by India. These designations are directional pathways on maps intended for navigation and travel purposes. Any attempt to justify historical claims over entire seas or oceans lacks logical or legal basis in the current international relations landscape. Allowing any nation, including China, to claim nearly an entire sea contradicts established laws, particularly those ensuring freedom of navigation as outlined in the UNCLOS. This not only threatens the freedom of passage for countries trading with Southeast Asian nations or international vessels crossing the region for official or leisure purposes, but it also raises concerns about the imposition of China's trade and maritime laws when the South China Sea falls under its control. The ongoing patriotic defense by the Philippines to protect its EEZ in the West Philippine Sea should genuinely be a global concern. Allowing China's expansive claims could disrupt not only free trade but also establish a precedent for other nations to follow suit, jeopardizing established maritime practices, decrees, and protocols worldwide.

REVISED: Obviously we cannot fight China by brute force…But we can maintain the moral high ground… There is much to say about passive resistance as modeled by Mahatma Gandhi and Archbishop Desmond Tutu… The priciple is to maintain persistent resistance , show the world the abuses of the bully…obtain the most sympathy from the other countries to the point villainizing the Chinese to the whole world… Remember the Chinese is very dependent on their image of the world for their economic well being and obviously the world’s outlook and sentiment. We have to be persistent to the point where China will give up their bullying , thinking it is not worth the reputational cost. We also have to develop close alliances that will help us when push gets to shove… The 26th president of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt said “speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far" 🇵🇭⚖️🇵🇭⚖️🇵🇭⚖️🇵🇭⚖️ MABUHAY ANG PILIPINO‼️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The strategy is simple. Educate the people around the world what china wants vs. what the Philippines wants. Then show the evidences that contradict/challenge what china claims are historically theirs. The old maps of china vs ours for example has not been widely disseminated. Make the evidences known that it overwhelms china's claims because for sure they can not even go on a debate to win it. After the right information is widely spread and unchallenged the Philippines then should act, in accordance to international law, with confidence to use the natural resources there to their advantage.

The current president has had to make up for lost time gettin the japanese and americans to revive the bases and allow the Japanese army and Korean military and equipment into the Philippines.
