Birthday vlog - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqqtfaKqip2od9ksi=sOU9ftD_POMTEewm Italy shopping - kzbin.info/www/bejne/aobcc4FsnM5mn80si=oxRQ2tLyQo9YLL2t Hello everyone , I’m grateful for your love & understand your concern but my doctors have clarified that my bodys age is lesser than my biological age because of my lifestyle - which is my healthy diet (not a deprived diet) , workout & positive mindset, Apart from my negatives like stress and overthinking my DIET & LIFESTYLE is NOT responsible for this incident, AND I TAKE MY DOCTORS OPINION IN THIS CASE 🙌🏽 I have been having blackouts since I was a teen due to sudden impact ( it’s a condition called Vasovagal syncope ) I even have blackouts when I have severe indigestion and the toxins get too much to handle Also have blackouts when I blow my nose too hard when I have a cold 😂 I TOOK SORBITRATE IN PANIC AND SIDE EFFECTS OF IT INCLUDE - Dizziness, weakness , head ache , low BP and PANIC ATTACK LIKE SYMPTOMS too Please don’t jump to conclusions that it’s because of our diet !!! eating more than what your body needs or can digest leads to more complications than eating JUST RIGHT (consult your doctor if you wish) - BTW my doctor has told me he’ll make me quit my BP medication if I continue this lifestyle for at least a year, We have Whole Foods, adequate protein , lots of veggies and healthy fats , THE ONLY THING WE HAVE CUT DOWN IS CARBS ( we’ve all heard of essential vitamins etc. but ever heard of essential cards? No? That’s because carbs are not essentially the building blocks of health) Carbs are supposed to be no more than a the size of your FIST , not a plateful ! Less carbs more veggies and protein is the way to go! Having said that it does not make me IMMORTAL right? I have trivial health issues but in our doctors words - I’m in a much better position than others my age So chill and don’t stress, we’ve got things under control 👍🏼 Thanks for your love and concern always ❤️

I appreciate you guys for giving detailed and bold explanation what happened in Rome. Actually to say most of the world EMERGENCY is not emergency how it is treated in INDIA. People in other countries are least bothered. KZbinrs who live in other countries, create their content shows everything is so good and amazing there. BIG NO from my side, I live in UK, with my personal experiences I have seen many cases where patients are ill treated. Until you are in good health you are safe in other countries, if you fall sick even your friend doesn't come to take care of you. I don't blame friends but situations are bounded to their circumstances where they can't help you. Here medical standards are very worst, we pay lot of health surge charge but we can't utilize in full fledge. Because we are living in this country we can't raise voice against the government. I feel the life in other countries especially for middle class people or people who are struggling to upscale their finances, life is like a prison until you reach your goal. I felt many times to give a big shout on this health care. But I AM A COWARD, I'M SELFISH, I WANT TO SURVIVE TO RAISE MY FAMILY. So i can't do this. I wanted to make a video and show to the world how the emergency in this country is? One incident i will share here: I have been to emergency sitting in the queue for long hours (atleast 5-6 hours) in this time 4 people came to emergency (at different timings)with fractured arms and legs with bleeding, the bones are out of their skin, looking that I shivered and hold my husband tightly which I couldn't accept the situation happening around me. They are sitting in the queue, that condition is not considered as emergency. None of us has seen the HELL, that moment I felt like running away far from this world. One more incident one of our family friend, she tripped down on the footpath, no one helped her, she was injured couldn't walk but struggled some how and reached home, after awhile she realized her knee cap got fractured and suddenly leg got swollen up and completely she is in immovable condition. She gave a call to ambulance they said you are not in emergency situation please book a cab and go to emergency. After going to emergency doctor said we don't have space to do operation you will be intimated once the slot is available until take painkillers. Exactly after 9 days she got operated. Please imagine how pathetic her condition and what a hell she has gone thro'. One day my self and my husband were driving home, on the side road we have seen a person lying down motionless, as we were driving in particular speed limit we couldn't stop the vehicle, so my husband gave a call to emergency and gave the location details, but no emergency reached to that person. As a citizen we don't have right to touch the person. We rang to the ambulance 4 times, they wasted time in taking details and location. And we don't know what had happened to him. Always INDIA is best, We have the best doctors and hospitality. Respect doctors in INDIA. I'm sorry to write this statement people are so ruthless, with no emotions. In India the roads are with full of crowd, we hear loud voices, laughing, talking loudly, joyful people , happy faces and many more which boost up your life, but here to say in simple way it looks like GRAVEYARD. People walking on the roads like Robo, no smile on the face, depression, lost their connection with world, so much of silence. That's why here there are lots of Dementia, Alzheimer's and Care homes. I wish and pray to god once I achieve my goals I will be back to INDIA. I love my country. Thank you guys at least today I opened up my heart because of you. Take care of your health. I had blackout 3 weeks back. I was warning my husband about it , he was already holding me but all of a sudden i felt like something passing out from my head down to toes.... Asal emavthundho thelidhu, no one at home , nannu vadili he can't go out for help.. I was unable to breath too, My husband called ambulance and that medico in ambulance guided my husband what to do untilk they reach us. Immediately my husband laid me down, legs slightly raised and rubbed my hands n feet and slowly i regained my conscious. I have a heart condition called angina and on sorbitrate. My doctor said take it only incase of breathlessness but not when unconscious.. Anyways finally i am fine and that blackout episode was due to chikungunya. Stay healthy stay happy ❤

Akka meru me situation explain chestuntey naku na hospital days gurtuku ochhai akka, I was literally there for 7 days in the hospital and OMG those days were really hell for me but not for my condition but for my mom's situation,literally she is a god for me she took care❤ of me she fighted for me seriously she cried alot 😢 I was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition I suffered from anemia and at that time I have only 3 points of blood I hope u all known how much critical condition it is And without my mom and dad support and care towards me I am nothing It is really impossible to me to survive without them Thank you soo much Ammi Pappa for taking care of me ❤

My mother went thru a similar situation in Singapore...it was her first international trip..she was not that fortunate...we had to fly her back on an emergency basis to India, since the medical facilities both in Singapore & Malaysia r so bad tht they couldn't even diagnose wat was wrong wit her..Actually she had caught influenza which is quite common in Singapore...A simple Tamiflu tablet could hv solved things, which was not prescribed for her..unfortunately due to her high sugar levels, it further led to ketoacidosis, which further worsened things for her....But trust me, as soon as we landed in Bangalore & took her to emergency of one of the reputed hospitals here, they were so swift tht they immediately started her on Tamiflu with high dose of insulin...she literally escaped from the jaws of death...i must say we shd b ever grateful tht v r born on dis sacred land...i would really suggest everyone, if u r taking ur parents on an international trip, get everything sorted out, hv all emergency medicines, get a health checkup done & take care of the diet most importantly

USA lo emergency ante depends the patient situation. My son broke his hand we went to emergency waited for 2 hrs to see doctor. He was crying with broken bone pain he was 9 yrs old . If it is stroke or any life threatening they will air liff and in ambulance they are paramedicals. So bottom point is they might see you as bp fluctuated patient . So anduke Ala behave chesi untaru. Ikkada families undaru friends ni chinna vatiki pilavalemu inka old age vallu direct ga vastahru or they will call 911.

Yes purni! We are both doing great now , Left it there and then and moving ahead , it’s a medical condition that I have since childhood which causes pressure in some nerve and I pass out for a little time and I’m fine when I wake up , unfortunately it happened there and due to panic I had that heart tab 🥹😣 That has severe side effects yaa ! But I was ok once it got washed out of my system!

I am living in UK for the past 5 years and i black out when i have heavy periods and blood loose and we wait 7-8hr every single time and i faced same problem like this . Health care is so bad abroad. India has the best healthcare tbh. so anyone travelling abroad please always carry emergency medicine. Take care ❤

health విషయం లో ఇండియా is బెస్ట్. అమెరికాలో ఎమర్జెన్సీ అయితే తప్ప హాస్పిటల్ లో తీసుకోరు.మనం డైరెక్ట్ గా కార్డియాలజిస్ ని చూడటానికి కూడా లేదు ఫస్ట్ జనరల్ ఫిజిషియన్ appiontment తీసుకోవాలంటే టు మంత్స్ పడుతుంది. ఆయన రికమెండ్ చేస్తేనే కార్డియాలజిస్ట్ చూస్తారు. ఎప్పుడెప్పుడు హైదరాబాద్ పోతామా యింటికి అమెరికా నుంచి అనిపిస్తూ వుంటుంది. సర్వైవ్ అయితే అది గాడ్స్ బ్లెస్సింగ్. యింతకి మీ బిల్ ఎంత అయ్యింది?

hi Ashmitha garu.. may be its related to some gerd (gastritis). I faced similar situation thrice with in a span of an Year and later found its due to acid reflux. Get an Endoscopy done so that you will know the root cause. Sometimes when you eat lot of food or may be spicy food the acid comes up to the esophagus causing acid reflux. And the symptoms are horrible (nausea, dizziness, blackouts, heart palpitations, anxiety attack, blood rushing, burps and chest pain and pain in the left arm

I understand this as my dad has the same issue, but mine was diagnosed as Vasovagal syncope which is entirely different , and the chest pain was a muscular issue , so all good now 😊
