As your soil seems like Sandy red, if water is abundant, sunlight availabilty is good, and humidity percentage in good proportion best thing u have to go for Oil Palm plantation, u can visit a 4 years old 15 acres Oil palm farm in Chalimeda village just around 10kms away from Musthabad, Never go for Sandalwood farming, it takes minimum of 30 yrs to get something out of that.

Poles depending on your area you will get around 200 rupees to 230 for the stone and bit more or less for the cement ones could be around 350 to 500 rupees depending on the size of the poles. Gate around 15 thousand to 20 thousands depending on the weight of the material.

It all depends on the shape of your land. If you keep research and find out best options to keep the minimum budget you can pull it out with 4 to 5 lakhs with normal fencing but if you wanted to for mesh one, then it might cost couple of lakhs more. Take estimates from few suppliers. Hope this helps.
