It's litmus paper, if it matches with 7 than it is neutral, if the colour matches with less than seven, it's acidic and more than 7 than base and The best pH level for skin may less than 5.

You can use the fix derma gel sunscreen..... it's really good and you can get 40gm for 200, it's the 30spf one though....
