In this video, you will learn about phage vector in gene cloning. This is a powerful tool that can be used to insert DNA into cells for research or therapeutic purposes. You will see how phage vector works and how it can be used to clone genes. This video covers the topic of phage vector in gene cloning. It explains what phage vector is and how it is used in gene cloning. This video discusses phage vectors and their role in gene cloning. It covers the basics of what phage vectors are, how they work, and why they are used. How to use a phage vector in gene cloning. A step by step guide to help you get the most out of your vectors.phage vector is a powerful tool in gene cloning. This video demonstrates how to use phage vector in gene cloning, including transfection of E. coli and purification of recombinant plasmids. This video explains the use of a phage vector in gene cloning. Phage vectors are derived from bacteriophages, which are viruses that infect bacteria. These vectors can be used to insert DNA into bacteria, which can then be used to synthesize proteins or to express genes. This video discusses the use of phage vectors in gene cloning. Phage vectors are viruses that can infect bacteria and are used to insert DNA into bacteria. This video covers the process of phage vector-mediated gene transfer, including the benefits and limitations of this method. This video explains how phage vectors can be used in gene cloning. Phage vectors are powerful tools that allow for the insertion of foreign DNA into a host cell. This video will show you how to use phage vectors to clone genes and maximize your results. This video discusses the use of phage vectors in gene cloning, and how this method can be used to create recombinant DNA.

Sir u said that from lysogenic pathway the phage dna which integrated genome to lytic pathway to come out of cell.but how can only phage dna will come to lytic pathway when it's Integrated with bacterial cell genome....is it come to lytic pathway with that integrated form?plz clear this doubt sir...i have seminar on this topic...it's very necessary to knoq
