Hello, I also own an ice factory and I know a few things, let me clear the information you have given: 1. You said that the white ice which you have shown is good but it is not for human consumption, ask the owner how much is the TDS of the water they have used ....it would be non consumable because it's TDS would be more than 1200ppm. I make ice of around 60-100ppm TDS and they come clear and transparent not complete white, if you want I can give you the pictures as well!! 2. Just a question in my mind that why are they using chiller to cool down the water when they have cans in which they can fill the normal temperature water and gradually it will cool down automatically?
