Idiotisch: Kontrollverlust über Phantom 4. Der Copter kehrt sofort zurück - aber die Fersehturm-Kugel ist im Weg :-)
if you wanna see how the anti-crash-sensor of the phantom 4 works in real life.. early in the morning, almost no one on the street. this was a spontaneous flight with a very unexpected end.
the anti-crash sensor of the phantom prevented the copter from crashing into the tower.

Really bro? You didn't understand why your connection got lost? Look at the tower! All those antenna's and probably one overlapping frequencies and harmonic reflections. It's like walking under the desert sun and wondering why you got burnt? Please don't do this anymore and educate yourself about transmission and realize that you see a clear tower but the drone sees a tall antenna with hundreds of interfering radiowaves.

@@nasasquad2380 I do hear what you but please consider this: We aren't talking about the quality of his footage or his overal flying skills. This is about NOT reading the manual and basically ignoring every warning about antennatowers. In the manual and during flying there are more warnings then needed. So this was a choise not to follow the guidelines on a potential dangerous device. Skill isnt the problem here.

Great escape! Had similar incident with my Mini 2, but on a smaller scale. Lost signal on the other side of a tower but luckily RTH height was set very high. Thanks for sharing!

I had the same thing happen to me with a DJI Spark. Tried to orbit the tower and lost signal and it flew straight into it. Thanks to find my drone in the app the security guard went up on the tower and found it! The Phantom 4 is fantastic with the avoidance system, It did it's job, and a good one. Best video I've seen yet!

1. Sensationelle Aufnamen! Die besten vom Turm, die ich bisher gesehen habe. 2. Ja, ich weiß auch... 3. Freunde haben vor einigen Jahren frühmorgens um vier etwas ähnliches dort probiert und die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ungefähr ab Unterkante der rot-weißen Antenne die dortige Strahlung die Bordelektronik komplett lahmlegt. Es funktionierten nur noch die Kameras. Das Flugzeug (kein Copter) war faktisch ausgeschaltet, trudelt abwärts und resettete dabei glücklicherweise AP und FPV-System. Dreimal aus verschiedenen Richtungen angeflogen, immer das gleiche. Insofern Respekt vor der Stabilität des DJI Autopiloten.

where did you fly this video at? in USA the law can't let us fly pass 400 feets altitude.

At the moment we are not allowed to fly higher than 120m (400feet) AGL in Germany. Either the regulations were not that strict back then, the poster was having a permit to fly higher or he just disobeyed the law (most likely, because in Berlin there is a 5.5km ban area around the Reichstag, even in 2017, and the Fernsehturm is within this area).

Normal wäre das teil gegrillt worden. Da oben gehen dutzende KW ERP Sendeleistung raus. Dass der Funkkontakt abgebrochen ist, wundert mich absolut nicht. Die Funkelektronik wurde so dermaßen übersteuert, dass da nichtmal ein 5 Watt Remote Controller hätte was ausrichten können.. Dass die Motoren sich noch drehten, war ebenfalls Glück. Merke: elektromagnetische Felder erzeugen in Spulen eine Spannung. NEVER würde ich auch nur in die Nähe von solchen Antennen fliegen.

With this flight a loooot of so called rules was broken...but people here in Germany are stupid with this things and they regulate everything, even the size of the space of the toilet where the poo lands..So that means you get more fines for stuff like this instead of beating somebody nearly retarded...But, height, flying inner city, flying in a ban-zone for government-buildings, letting loose sight with the drone, flying next to buildings, aerial violations of course is what I see promptly...If the drone was not insured also a violation. Drone has to be registered too, if not also a „broken“ law...I don’t like the whole talks about drones in the city...the same discussion like about e-scooters...I hate that everything has to be regulated to the maximum here...Nice captures anyways...
